What to Expect
How does it work?
First, you arrange an informal meeting with us so that we can talk about what makes you tick; your hobbies, experiences, future plans etc. There's no need to fill in lengthy questionnaires, think of it as a discreet friendly chat about who your ideal date would be. Then, we see if there are any IJL clients that might suit you.
How are clients matched?
Unlike other dating agencies we won't simply run your file through a computer to find a match. We'll carefully hand-pick any potential dates based on what we discussed in the meeting, taking into account your personality and interests.
How is the date arranged?
Once we've selected a match for you, we'll contact you by phone to tell you about the person we have chosen. We respect your confidentiality and only give out your first name, never revealing your address, phone number or company name. We'll give you a full description of your potential date and tell you just why we think that you'll have a great time!
How and where do I meet my date?
All you have to do is turn up at the restaurant and enjoy your date! We'll take care of the rest. If you can't make lunch we can arrange another convenient time and place for you to meet, it could even be as simple as a drink after work. Wherever you meet we'll make it sure it's an environment that makes getting to know each other as natural and, of course, as fun as possible!
What happens next?
If you've got on famously, maybe a second date! We'll leave it up to you whether you swap numbers or not, all we ask is that you call us with some feedback on how it went. Don't worry, we don't need to know ALL the details, just enough to allow us to fine-tune your profile so, if you decide that you'd like us to find you another date, it will be even more fun!
